The origins to Princesse d’Isenbourg et Cie are pure provenance. The name is real. A true princess kindly, after many champagne evenings decided to put her name to the finest caviar brand in the world. Aside its high society associations, the brand prides on truly ethically sourced produce and insists on this fundamental issue.
We worked with PDI to refine their identity, tone of voice, packaging and website presence. The goal was make the PDI brand the complete authority and the leader in caviar and purveyor of epicurean fineries (champagne, fois gras, sturgeon meats and ancient blue salt to name a few). We ran a full brand 'purity' photoshoot, emphasising these fine ingredients as heroes. PDI customer base is mainly at commercial level, supplying direct to restaurants and airlines, so brand image is retained in this realm to give the value-add, authentic, direct to source feel. The delivery and transportation of this precious cargo needed careful consideration for packaging with ice. Amongst other collateral, the renovation of the owner's iconic Citröen van on events and PR attracted new consumers to this unique brand.
