Our experience with British Airways covers projects and initiatives over the past 20 years. The most notable examples include Espace – The Complete On-Ground Experience worldwide and the Well Being in the Air inflight health programme.

These projects in collaboration with agencies such as JHP and Davies Baron, included global strategies, consumer insight, flight audits, passenger experience, cabin interiors, lounge consultation, global signage strategies and the inflight well-being movie.

'Espace' was a strategic platform covering all aspects of the on-ground experience for BA staff, crew, support staff and agencies, whilst the 'Well Being in the Air' health programe promotes a balanced attitude of healthy living and good living whilst airborne. 

Our international client insights and experience within the hospitality and travel sectors contributed in articulating these projects beyond its aesthetics but meaningfully achieve an elevated consumer experience.
